Electrical Supervision & Consulting Agreement

Master Electrician agrees to provide the following services for Contractor:

Contractor is responsible for:

• Providing all labor for rough-in, wiring, and installation
• Providing all materials, fixtures, and equipment (subject to Master Electrician approval)
• Ensuring work is performed safely and to code under Master Electrician's direction
• Correcting any deficiencies identified by Master Electrician before inspection
• Maintaining a safe job site in compliance with OSHA requirements

Contractor acknowledges that Master Electrician's license is on record with the permitting authority and that all work is subject to Master Electrician's approval.

Master Electrician is responsible for:

• Pulling required permits
• Supervising electrical work to ensure code compliance
• Landing devices and installing breakers as agreed
• Coordinating inspections with the local AHJ
• Being present for rough-in and final inspections as required

Master Electrician is NOT responsible for:

• Performing rough-in labor (boxes, wire pulling, etc.)
• Drywall, paint, or finish repairs
• Work performed by Contractor's employees without supervision
• Delays caused by Contractor's scheduling or materials issues

Minimum Charge Per Visit: Service call + 2-hour labor minimum

Callback due to Master Electrician error:

• No charge to Contractor

Callback due to Contractor's labor or materials:

• Billed at $.00/hr, minimum charge: 1 hour

Failed inspection due to Contractor's work:

• Contractor pays for re-inspection fee
• Master Electrician's time to correct issues billed at $.00/hr

Contractor agrees to:

• Maintain general liability insurance covering their labor and work
• Indemnify Master Electrician for claims arising from Contractor's workmanship, materials, or employee actions
• Name Master Electrician as additional insured on liability policy (if applicable)

Master Electrician carries professional liability insurance for their own work and supervision.

Both parties acknowledge: Master Electrician's license is being used for this project. Any code violations, safety issues, or liability claims stemming from Contractor's labor remain Contractor's responsibility. Master Electrician is responsible only for work they personally perform or directly supervise.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 3 days written notice. Work completed to date will be billed at agreed rates. Permits remain Master Electrician's property and may be closed or transferred at Master Electrician's discretion.

By signing below, both parties agree to the terms above.
